Before you book
What you actually need to know about Antwerp Expo.
A mid-sized exhibition venue on Jan Van Rijswijcklaan, just south of Antwerp's city centre — five halls totalling roughly 18,500 m², host to a genuinely varied year-round B2B calendar: home renovation (BILT), industrial maintenance and workplace safety (Maintenance, Worksafe, M+R), metalworking (Advanced Manufacturing), bulk-solids handling (Solids Antwerp) and logistics at Benelux scale (Transport & Logistics).
Access & logistics
Reachable by tram (2 or 6) or bus (17 or 22) from Antwerpen-Centraal, or a 20-minute walk from Antwerpen-Zuid, with free on-street parking along Vogelzanglaan plus three Park & Ride lots nearby — solid for visitor access, though we haven't found a published freight/loading-dock guide for exhibitors yet.
Watch-outs
Antwerp Expo, not a generic hall.
Seven fairs, seven very different sectors
From home renovation (BILT) to bulk-solids handling (Solids Antwerp) to logistics at Benelux scale (Transport & Logistics), this venue's B2B calendar spans very different buyer types — a stand system built for one sector rarely transfers directly to another, so check which show you're building for before reusing a design.
Three industrial shows share one March weekend
Maintenance, Worksafe and M+R all run 17–18 March under one shared badge — a stand built to speak to just one of the three risks reading as generic to visitors moving between all of them.
Smallest of our three venues
At roughly 18,500 m² across five halls, this is the smallest of the three venues on this page — a stand concept sized for Flanders Expo or Brussels Expo will likely need resizing, not just relocating.
No published freight/loading guide
We found detailed visitor transit and parking information but no public loading-dock or freight-access documentation — confirm move-in logistics directly with the organiser or venue before committing to a build timeline.

[PLACEHOLDER] Verbrugge Interiors
A compact product-launch stand sized for Antwerp Expo's smaller halls
Verbrugge needed a corporate product launch staged in one of Antwerp Expo's smaller halls, without it reading as undersized. We used height and lighting rather than footprint to make a modest floor space feel considered rather than compact.
Full product launch delivered in under 400 m² without feeling squeezed.

Frequently asked
Antwerp Expo, answered.
Do you have experience building at Antwerp Expo specifically?
Not yet for a confirmed B2B trade fair — this venue's public calendar has leaned consumer and hobbyist events during our research. If you're exhibiting here, tell us the show and we'll research it the same way we have for our other fair and venue pages.
How big is Antwerp Expo compared to Flanders Expo or Brussels Expo?
Smaller — roughly 18,500 m² across five halls, against 54,000 m² at Flanders Expo and around 115,000 m² at Brussels Expo. A stand concept built for either of those will likely need resizing for this venue.
How do visitors get there?
Tram 2 or 6, or bus 17 or 22, from Antwerpen-Centraal, or about a 20-minute walk from Antwerpen-Zuid station. Parking is free along Vogelzanglaan with three Park & Ride lots nearby.
