Venue

Jaarbeurs Utrecht, Halls 7 & 8

Dates

13–15 April 2027

Exhibitors

No official 2027 total published yet — the 2026 exhibitor directory ran to 13 listing pages, so several hundred exhibitors is a safe estimate

Visitors

~22,700 total visits across 3 days / "over 13,000" healthcare professionals per the organiser (2026 edition)

Stand sizes

Open, self-built stands only from 20m² upward — anything smaller defaults to Jaarbeurs' standard shell-scheme system

Sector

Healthcare technology, digital health & care-sector ICT

Before you book

What you actually need to know about Zorg & ICT.

Zorg & ict is the Netherlands' largest healthcare-technology fair, filling Jaarbeurs' Halls 7 and 8 alongside three co-located events — Zorg & Food, Zorg & Facility and Healthcare & HR — for buyers from hospitals, elderly and home care, disability care, mental healthcare and GP practices.

Traffic & timing

Traffic is heavily front-loaded: in 2026, the middle day (Wednesday) alone drew 14,130 of the roughly 22,700 total visits across the three days — more than the other two days combined — so staffing and demo scheduling should weight toward day two, not spread evenly across the run.

Key deadlines

Plan backwards from move-in.

Stand format decision

Decide your stand size early: only stands of 20m² or more may be self-built on an open plot — anything smaller defaults to Jaarbeurs' standard shell-scheme, which limits height and finish options.

Zero-Emission Zone compliance

Utrecht's Zero-Emission Zone has applied to delivery and construction vehicles since 1 January 2025 — check your trucks and vans against it before booking move-in transport, not after one is turned away at the city boundary.

Visitor registration opens

Free visitor registration for the 2027 edition opens in January 2027 — time your own pre-show invitations and marketing push around that date rather than before it.

Watch-outs

Jaarbeurs Utrecht, Halls 7 & 8, not a generic hall.

Under 20m² means shell-scheme, not a free design

Below 20m², Jaarbeurs requires its standard shell-scheme system rather than open self-build — plan your creative concept around that constraint from the start, not after signing a contract for a small booth.

Utrecht's Zero-Emission Zone catches out foreign trucks

Since January 2025, delivery and stand-building vehicles need to meet the city's zero-emission rules — a restriction international exhibitors and their transport partners often miss until a vehicle is already turned away.

Wednesday isn't a normal middle day here

With roughly 14,000 of the show's ~22,700 visits landing on the single Wednesday, understaffing that day — or treating it like an average middle day — costs more than skipping a slow morning elsewhere.

Three other fairs share your hall week

Zorg & Food, Zorg & Facility and Healthcare & HR run simultaneously in adjoining halls — expect shared loading docks and move-in slots with three other organisers' exhibitors, not just your own show's traffic.

[PLACEHOLDER] CareLinq Systems — A 24m² stand designed around Jaarbeurs' shell-scheme cutoff

[PLACEHOLDER] CareLinq Systems

A 24m² stand designed around Jaarbeurs' shell-scheme cutoff

CareLinq's booth sat just over the 20m² self-build threshold. We used the extra freedom to build a raised demo corner for their care-alarm platform, without over-designing for a hall where most neighbouring stands were still shell-scheme.

24m² footprint, stand traffic concentrated — as expected — on the Wednesday peak.

Frequently asked

Zorg & ICT, answered.

We're under 20m² — can we still get a distinctive stand?

Yes, within Jaarbeurs' shell-scheme system — custom graphics, lighting and furniture still differentiate a shell-scheme stand; you just can't build an open structure below that threshold.

Does our delivery truck need to meet Utrecht's Zero-Emission Zone rules?

Very likely, if it's diesel and coming from outside the zone — check your vehicle before booking transport, since the restriction covers the city area around Jaarbeurs, not just the venue gate.

Should we staff the stand the same across all three days?

No — 2026's numbers show the middle day pulling in more visitors than the other two combined, so plan fuller staffing and demo scheduling for day two specifically.

Exhibiting elsewhere too?
